Eligibility
I. General Qualifications
(1) Graduated from a domestic or foreign university or above, preferably a graduate of a design-related major.
(2) Applicants with relevant work experience in exhibition planning will be preferred.
(3) Must have basic word processing software capabilities, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. It is also a plus if you can use LibreOffice.
(4) Language proficiency: TOEIC score of 350 or above is preferred.
(5) Positive and careful personality, good communication skills, high degree of cooperation, strong stress resistance, lively and cheerful, willing to learn, and courageous to accept work challenges.
2. Special qualifications: Have image editing skills and spatial concepts, and be familiar with graphic design, such as Inkscape, Krita or QCAD.

Salaries are based on the Salary Scale for Contract Employees of the Museum (approximately NT$34,916 for those with a university degree).

※ The following documents are required for registration (please bind them in order on A4 paper):
1. Application form for the selection of contracted staff of our museum (please be sure to download it from our website https://www.nstm.gov.tw/ → "Visitor Information"  "Single Window Service" → "Form Download" → "Application Form").
2. Photocopy of the front and back of your National ID card.
3. Males who have completed military service or are exempted from military service, please attach relevant supporting documents; those who have not performed military service are exempt from payment.
4. Copy of highest academic diploma.
5. Personal autobiography (please clearly state the required abilities and practical experience, knowledge, family background, other academic experience, personal expertise, motivation for applying, personal philosophy and work expectations)
6. Personal email account and contactable mobile phone number.
7. If you have any relevant experience, portfolio or certificates that meet the eligibility requirements, please also attach them.
8. Others.
Those who fail to provide the above-mentioned attached information in full will be considered as incomplete and will not be able to participate in the selection process.
2. Applicant qualification review results and selection date:
The information will be announced in the "Latest News" section of our website and applicants can also use their ID number to go to our homepage → "Visitor Information" → "Single Window Service" → "Application Progress Inquiry" → "Job Application Processing Progress Inquiry" (https://www3.nstm.gov.tw/careers/query.asp).
3. Selection results: The admission list will be announced in the latest news section of the library.
1. One candidate will be selected in this selection, and one candidate will be selected on a reserve basis based on the selection results. The reserve period is within 3 months from the day after the admission list is announced.
2. Applicants who have been admitted should sign the admission notice form in the Personnel Office of the Library within one week from the date of notification. Failure to do so will be considered as a waiver and the alternate applicants will be replaced in order. Applicants who have waived their right to apply may not raise any objection.
3. If the qualifications of the candidates do not meet the requirements of the Museum, the Museum may make up for the vacancy at its discretion.
4. Notes:
1. If any of the submitted documents are false or untrue, the applicant will be disqualified from the selection; if the applicant is admitted, his/her admission qualification will be cancelled.
2. In order to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction and implement environmental protection policies, applicants who have not been notified of an interview or admission and need to return their written application materials, can send them back with an envelope and stamps, or come to our office in person to retrieve the original written application materials (the application period is 2 months from the date of the job vacancy announcement.
